Lectra hires new VP for North America

Published
Feb 4, 2013

Paul Epperson

The specialist in technical solutions for the soft materials industry has named Paul Epperson its vice president of sales and manufacturing for North America.

Epperson comes to Lectra with 25 years of experience in the industry, 15 of which were spent at General Electric, where he was North American sales director for its automation division. In his new role, Epperson’s job will be to get companies in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Central American interested in Lectra solutions. The company's products are aimed at the apparel industry, but also automotive, furniture and composite materials companies.

“Developing our position in North America is one of our top priorities and Paul’s appointment will enable us to strengthen our sales team,” said Daniel Harari, Lectra CEO. “At a time when many companies are cutting back, Lectra is continuing to invest in the future. As a result we are able to provide our customers with an innovative offer along with unrivaled consulting, support and customer care.”
