Amazon Fashion arrives in Mexico

Online retail giant Amazon has announced the launch of Amazon Fashion Mexico, the one-stop destination for head-to-toe style in clothing, shoes, handbags, jewellery, watches and more for men, women and children.

Amazon already features over 15 million products across 16 categories available for purchase in the country.

According to data from Mexican internet association Amipci, fashion and footwear sales currently account for a third of total online sales. In 2014, online sales reached $12.2 billion in Mexico.

Amazon Fashion offers tried-and-true contemporary brands and curated assortments, which highlight favourite of-the-moment items. The roster of fashion brands includes Calvin Klein, Puma, Timberland and Aldo.
