Amazon has announced its entry into an official retail partnership with the reality TV competition Shark Tank. The partnership corresponds with the show's season 10 premiere.

The new Amazon Launchpad Shark Tank Collection features products seen on the TV show, such as the Hatch Baby, Third Wave Water and Stasher.

This collaboration allows the successfully-funded Shark Tank startups, created by the show's entrepreneurial competitors who pitch their ideas to a panel of investors, to sell their products on Amazon's online platform.

The new Shark Tank collection currently offers over 70 successfully funded products from the show's first nine seasons, and will continue to be updated with future select products.

“We are thrilled to be working with the popular Shark Tank franchise, highlighting products from startups, entrepreneurs and small businesses,” said Jim Adkins, Vice President of Amazon.

“The Amazon Launchpad program is all about empowering creators and inventors, enabling them to reach hundreds of millions of customers.”

As part of the new business agreement, Amazon Web Services is offering a $15,000 credit for cloud computing services to selected Shark Tank entrepreneurs.

“For the first time ever, Shark Tank has a store on Amazon.com dedicated to helping our entrepreneurs scale their businesses and highlight top products from the show,” said Barbara Corcoran of Shark Tank. “We are excited for the Amazon Launchpad Shark Tank Collection to bring products from our entrepreneurs to retail for customers and fans of the series.”

Taking its formatting from the Japanese TV show Dragons' Den created by Nippon Television Network Corporation, Shark Tank is produced by MGM Television in association with Sony Pictures Television.

This new retail partnership follows the debut of Amazon.com's Amazon Storefronts, an online platform that allows shoppers to find products from small and medium-sized American businesses.
