Justin Bieber is taking his Purpose Tour merchandise very seriously. The 22-year-old singer partnered with Fear of God designer Jerry Lorenzo to produce the tour collection, and this week, they launched a capsule collection with Barneys New York.
The luxury retailer is offering 19 styles from the Purpose Tour collection ranging from t-shirts and sweatshirts to bomber jackets and leather jackets. The collection is consists of styles inspired by the tour and pieces that Bieber wore himself on stage.
Young fans of the Canadian singer will be able to get their hands on the $95 “Security” and “Purpose World Tour” t-shirts, while older fans, or fans with higher disposable income, will be interested in the $700 brushed flannel sleeveless shirt, the $1,695 leather moto jacket and the $2,100 plaid overcoat with ¾ sleeves, a silhouette that comes from Lorenzo’s own line.
Bieber first launched Purpose Tour merchandise in May at VFiles, which resulted in a long line that ran along Mercer Street and eventually wrapped around other SoHo street blocks. While that pop up offered products that ranged in price from $30 to $360, the Barneys collection sports a much higher pricepoint ranging from $95 to $2,100. Other styles available at Barneys include sleeveless graphic t-shirts, hoodies, flannel shirts, a denim jacket and a brushed twill plaid kilt.
The Purpose Tour XO Barneys New York collection is available now on the retailer’s website with only 4 items available now and the remaining 15 styles available for pre-order.
