Barneys New York on Friday launched Frames For A Cause, a collection made in partnership with 10 CFDA designers and the CFDA’s Fashion Targets Breast Cancer initiative. The collection first debuted at the Vision Expo East in March at the Jacob Javits Center.

The 10-frame collection is comprised of classic and contemporary sunglasses in shades of blue and white, the signature colors of the FTBC. Made by the Eyewear Designers of the CFDA, or EdCFDA, the capsule collection raises funds and public awareness for breast cancer worldwide.

Frames from Barton Perreira, Selima Optique and Illesteva are reinterpreted with blue, navy and turquoise colorways. Additional EdCFDA designers Grey Ant, Christian Roth, Blake Kuwahara, L.A. Eyeworks, Morgenthal Frederics, Robert Marc, and Leisure Society also designed special blue and white colorways for their respective sunglass frames.

“In today’s times when charitable efforts are needed more than ever,” said Christian Roth. “I am very proud that the EdCFDA committee brought together 10 CFDA eyewear designers to create a collective capsule collection to benefit Fashion Targets Breast Cancer.”

Frames For A Cause is available now at Barneys New York, and prices range from $240 to $1,200.
