Canadian designer Izzy Camilleri launches book

Toronto-based fashion designer Izzy Camilleri is launching a book and it isn’t 100 percent fashion related. The designer behind former adaptive fashion label IZ Collection has launched Izzy’s Eating Plan. In her new book, Camilleri shares food tips and helps readers maintain an ideal body weight, and feel healthy.

 
“All of my life I have made a career of creating designs that make people beautiful on the outside, and now through Izzy’s Eating Plan I want to focus on improving people’s inner beauty,” said Camilleri, in a new statement. Adding that she has struggled with diets and body image her entire life.
 
Camilleri’s line IZ Collection shut down last fall. She has over 32 years of experience in the industry and  has dressed celebrities like David Bowie, Angelina Jolie and has been worn by Meryl Streep in The Devil Wears Prada.

While sharing her sustainable eating plan, Camilleri is continuing to create custom fashion pieces.
