Chanel has become the newest brand to launch a line of branded emojis. The emoji keyboard was launched Tuesday morning, released at the same time as the historic house’s out-of-this-world fall/winter 2017 collection in Paris.

The millennial-focused collection includes cheeky illustrations of Chanel-branded treats and products, like Chanel bon bons, a flirty lip emoji, and Chanel make-up.The aim of the emoji keyboard is to promote Chanel’s new Rouge Coco Gloss collection of lip products.

Chanel Creative Director Karl Lagerfeld has already launched his own line of emojis in 2014, which featured illustrated versions of all things Lagerfeld, from images of his cat to illustrations of the designer’s iconic black sunglasses. The Chanel emoji series marks the first time the venerable fashion house has released its own mini symbol collection.

Comme des Garcons, Kim Kardashian, Opening Ceremony, Versace, and Nike have also looked to an emoji keyboard to connect with consumers. Versace launched an emoji last year, featuring emoji versions of the house’s logos.

Comme des Garcon launched an emoji keyboard last year, alongside a full line of emoji-themed apparel. The emojis were based on the brand's omnipresent PLAY logo, featuring a red heart with white eyes, riffing on popular emojis, like the crying face, the sick face, and the surprised face.
