Coty appoints Andraea Dawson-Shepherd as new SVP, Corporate Affairs

Coty Inc. announced Friday that it has appointed Andraea Dawson-Shepherd as Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, a newly created position for the company.

Dawson-Shepherd was previously at Carlsberg Group where she served as ExCo SVP of Global Corp Affairs. She also served at RB (formerly Reckitt Benckiser) and Cadbury Schweppes. As part of Coty, she will lead the company’s communication and corporate affairs agenda as it continues to expand.
 
Coty is currently merging Proctor & Gamble’s fine fragrance, color cosmetics and hair color businesses into the company, which is expected to create one of the world’s largest beauty companies and double the size of Coty by revenue.

Dawson-Shepherd will report to Coty Chairman and Interim CEO, Bart Becht.
