Coty opens new North American professional beauty HQ in LA

Coty has announced the opening of its Coty Professional Beauty center in Calabasas, CA which will serve as the company's salon and professional beauty headquarters for North America.

Coty's Calabasas facility is a 26-acre campus designed to inspire creativity while offering a serene break from the daily pace in LA. The site will house projects in hair color, cuts and styling techniques, as well as bespoke nail art and design.

The campus is broken down into a General Office and the Studio Annex. Marketing, consumer research and finance work in an open collaboration space at the General Office, while Coty educators and ambassadors will train salon professionals and experiment with the latest techniques and trends at the Studio Annex.

There is also a photo stage on site. That area will be used both by the content team as they develop online tutorials and by salon professionals looking to build their personal portfolios.

Coty Professional North America Senior Vice President Salvatore Mauceri said, "The space offers a space for our culture to thrive, where employees are energized to bring innovative, new products and beauty solutions to our customers.”

Coty's professional product lines include hair color brands Wella Professionals and Clairol Professional, nail lacquer brand OPI, and hair care brands Nioxin and Sebastian Professional.

Coty's Professional Beauty center opened this week at 4500 Park Granada in Calabasas, CA.
