San Francisco-based fashion label Cuyana this week opened its third New York City pop up at 266 Elizabeth Street. The new pop up will be open for five months and is the longest running pop up for the brand.
The temporary store offers the full Cuyana collection, including apparel, bags and accessories. The interior is designed to resemble a living space with custom furniture made with marble and brass accents and exclusive photos from photographers Matt Johnson, Alice Gao and Emily Johnston. Cuyana is also offering live monogramming every day in store.
Founded by Karla Gallardo and Shilpa Shah, Cuyana creates products with rich stories that promote intentional buying and local craftsmanship. Cuyana means “to love” in Quechua, a language spoken in the central Andes of South America.
Cuyana opened its first New York City pop up in 2014 and a seven-week pop up on Wooster Street in 2015.
