Diamonds by Kathy Ireland debuts

Fashion icon Kathy Ireland has licensed a new line of ethically sourced, handmade jewelry, Diamonds by Kathy Ireland, in partnership with jewelers and designers Paul Raps New York, Taly Diamonds and Krainz Creations.

Diamonds by Kathy Ireland is a sixty-five-piece collection that includes engagement rings and wedding bands, patent-pending earrings, necklaces and bracelets. Each is laser etched and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

"From mines to the finger, clients can rest assured that each stone is sourced with the utmost integrity and our manufacturing process is an exquisite work of art," Ireland said of the new product line. She also noted that her inspiration and "mentor in the world of fine jewelry will always be the incredible Elizabeth Taylor."

The entry price point for the collection is $2,000.

Ireland is a supermodel licensing guru, and her name is listed as one of the most powerful brands by License Global Magazine. According to Fairchild Publications, she is one of the most 50 most influential people in fashion.

This is not her first jewelry collaboration. Ireland's couture diamond collection, Kathleen Marie by Paul Raps New York, features multi million dollar pieces uniquely designed by Paul Raps. For her mass market Diamonds by Kathy Ireland line, Ireland again collaborated with Paul Raps as well as with Yaron Turgeman of Taly Diamonds and Roland Krainz of Krainz Creations.

The full Diamonds by Kathy Ireland collection will premiere at the 2017 Luxury and JCK shows at Luxury Show exhibit 1716 in Las Vegas starting today. To support the debut, Ireland will also deliver the keynote speech at the Luxury Show which kicks off today.

Pieces from her couture diamond collection will also be on display for the week-long show.
