Differential Brands appoints Tom Nevell as EVP of Business Development

Differential Brands Group announced on Monday the appointment of Tom Nevell as Executive Vice President of Business Development. Nevell assumed the role on November 28, 2016.

 
As EVP of Business Development, Nevell will be responsible for expanding Differential Brands Group brands Robert Graham, Hudson Jeans and Swims. He will also report to Differential Brands CEO Michael Buckley.
 
Nevell possesses over 22 years of experience in the retail industry, 20 of which were spent at Nordstrom. He held numerous roles at the retailer including Store Manager at Mall of America, Divisional Merchandise Manager for Men’s, Retail Director of Men’s Sportswear and most recently Brand Manager of Men’s Clothing and Furnishings. Prior to joining Differential Brands, Nevell served as VP of Sales at Mavi Jeans.

Buckley said in November with Differential’s third quarter results, “Overall, we continue to make meaningful progress in positioning our brands for long-term, profitable growth. Looking ahead, we remain focused on growing our brands organically and acquiring new premium brands that are accretive and complementary to our portfolio.”
