Everlane to open first flagship store in New York City

Everlane is heading back to New York City to open a new retail location, but this time around the freestanding store will be the San Francisco-based company’s east coast flagship location.
 

The fashion label that prides itself on being transparent about its production methods will open its first New York City flagship store on December 2 and confirmed on Twitter that the store will be located at 28 Prince Street in Nolita.
 
The 2,000-square-foot space that was previously occupied by Sigerson Morrison will carry Everlane’s full collection of men’s and women’s clothing and footwear and it will host workshops, panels and performances.  

Prior to developing the New York City flagship location, Everlane operated a six-week holiday pop up in the city, and in May 2016 opened an concept pop up shop where customers were encouraged to try on Everlane’s new footwear in a sculptural, interactive space.
 
The company first announced it would open a flagship location in July 2017. The announcement was for its San Francisco store, which is slated to open in February 2018.
