Fiera Milano gets new board

Fiera Milano has gotten a new management team following the election of its board of directors, the organization said in a statement.

During a meeting on April 29, Fiera Milano’s shareholders elected Roberto Rettani as its new president. He succeeds Michele Perini, while Enrico Pazzali is stepping down from his post as managing director to be succeeded by Corrado Arturo Peraboni.

Shareholders also approved Fiera Milano’s balance sheet. In 2014, the group recorded a net loss of 19.1 million euros and generated a turnover of 245.4 million euros, 181.1 million through events and services in Italy.
