Finish Line names John Hall as EVP, Divisional President and CMO

The Finish Line, Inc. announced on Thursday that John Hall will join the company as Executive Vice President, Divisional President and Chief Merchandising Officer. He will assume the role in mid-May.

 
As Chief Merchandising Officer/Executive Vice President, Hall will focus on stores and digital operations, merchandising and strategies involving the company’s product vision. He will also work closely with Finish Line’s brand partners.
 
Hall heads to Finish Line from Nordstrom where he worked for almost 30 years. He started with the company as a sales associate in shoes and quickly moved into a buyer position for men’s shoes.

While at Nordstrom, Hall held numerous positions including Vice President/National Merchandise Manager of Men’s Shoes, Vice President/Footwear Brand Manager for the Nordstrom Product Group, Vice President/Corporate Merchandise Manager of Kids’ Shoes and most recently Vice President, Corporate Merchandiser of Rack Menswear.
