Foot Locker opens new NYC flagship at Herald Square

Foot Locker on Tuesday opened its redesigned flagship store at Herald Square in New York City. The 10,000-square-foot flagship houses stores under the Foot Locker umbrella including its namesake store, House of Hoops, and SIX:02, the premium women’s retail destination.
The 34th Street location sports a new layout that highlights brands in their respective spaces with cross-category product offerings. Puma is located at the Puma Lab powered by Foot Locker and The Foundation only at Foot Locker is a concept shop for Adidas.
"At Foot Locker, we are always looking for creative ways to bring the best retail experience to our customers and to establish ourselves as the go-to destination for the world's leading athletic brands," said Andy Gray, Vice President and General Manager of Foot Locker. "The 34th Street store is the first location to feature our new layout, highlighting the top brands that shoppers know and love. Among other enhancements, the new flagship store will also be a destination for customers to access the newest product offerings from top brands."
The SIX:02 store at the Foot Locker flagship is the first to open in New York City. The store spans 3,000-square-feet and features white brick walls, custom wood floors, clean and contemporary fixtures, digital content boards and a dedicated Puma section. SIX:02 also unveiled The Collection at SIX:02, an exclusive 700-square-foot space featuring elevated styling service for clientele. The women’s retail destination first launched in 2012 and has more than 30 stores across the US.
