Forever 21 and L.A. designer Sami Miro launch new capsule

Forever 21 has partnered with L.A. based designer/vintage curator Sami Miro on a limited edition capsule collection of tee's, track pants, mini skirts and sweatshirts.

Following the success of their initial partnership in 2015, Forever 21 and Sami Miro have partnered to create a new limited edition 10-piece capsule collection of apparel for women. Blending her love for vintage with contemporary urban inspirations, Miro has cut and reworked existing pieces to create items with a motocross, grunge vibe. The collection features cropped tees and sweatshirts with Miro's signature distressed hems, color-blocked track pants and mini skirts in shades of black, red and white, adorned with bold graphics and details reminiscent of racing stripes - alongside the phrase 'For the Lost.'

"I'm so excited to be partnering with Forever 21 for the second time!" said Sami Miro. "This collection, 'For the Lost,' shows my signature mix of edgy and feminine and is perfect for the fashion forward Forever 21 customer."

Miro started her own brand in April of 2016; she is a stylist and creative director, as well as a designer. Her reworked vintage pieces have been seen on Kendall Jenner, Selena Gomez, Hailee Steinfeld and she's designed looks for the Victoria's Secret fashion show.

The new capsule Forever 21 x Sami Miro Collection is now available on The Forever 21 site and in store. Forever 21 has been doing frequent colabs with designers, celebrities and brands: their past collaborators include rapper Future, the artist Maripol and Disney, using their characters on bodysuits, etc.
