Montreal-based omnichannel apparel brand Frank & Oak announced the opening of two new concept stores coming this spring.

Both stores will open in Cadillac Fairview centres. The first store opening is planned for mid-May at CF Carrefour Laval, located off the island of Montreal, while a second opening is planned at CF Sherway Gardens in the Greater Toronto Area.

An announcement concerning a third location is planned later this spring.

This expansion is the start of an initiative aimed at elevating the menswear shopping experience currently seen in shopping centres.

“Frank & Oak’s concept stores are spaces that promote engagement between customers and the brand that goes well beyond a simple transaction,” says Ethan Song, Co-Founder and CEO of Frank & Oak, in a news release. “We’re offering an experience that connects the digital and physical experience seamlessly and in ways that actually solve customer challenges.”

Moving forward, the brand’s complimentary personal styling service will be showcased in a dedicated space as well as apothecary displays. Frank & Oak stores will also feature other services such as barber services and a café and lounge space.

These new locations will join nine others in Canada and three in the United States (Boston, Chicago and Washington DC).
