Frank + Oak elevate their brand image

Menswear omnichannel retailer Frank + Oak announced on Wednesday a new elevated brand image with the launch of several new customer experiences. The vision includes a brand new app, website, store concept as well as visual identity.
“After a breakneck year of opening 13 brick and mortar locations, launching new lines and entering the international arena, we took a step back and thought about the experience we want to deliver. The cornerstone of our company is the experience of being guided and advised”, says Ethan Song, CEO and co-founder of Frank + Oak, in a news statement.
Highlights of the new Frank + Oak are its new app which offers guided shopping with a stylist team; a 2-hour delivery service in the markets of Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver; a new immersive and responsive website; and a new store format which opens in Montreal.
Frank + Oak ships to over 40 countries worldwide through their website and has 13 stores across North America.
