Giuseppe Giovannetti appointed CEO of Gabriela Hearst

Gabriela Hearst announced on Wednesday the appointment of Giuseppe Giovannetti as chief executive officer. 

 
He joined the company in 2017 as a consultant. Prior to that he held the title of President of Americas at Bottega Veneta in 2011 before joining Tomas Maier in 2014 as CEO.
 
Giuseppe will report to the Gabriela Hearst Board of Directors and will oversee all operations within the business, alongside Gabriela Hearst, including further developing Gabriela Hearst's global distribution in key international markets, managing production in Italy and overseeing the design and production teams in New York.

The label launched in 2015 and has never had a CEO.
