HE by Mango becomes Mango Man

For the sake of consistency, the Spanish fashion retailer has renamed its menswear brand to put the Mango name first.

As Mango prepares to open its first megastores, which will house several of its labels under one roof, standardizing its brand names seems to be in order. Introduced in 2008 as HE by Mango, the menswear line is to be rebranded as Mango Man. The new name is in line with the group's other labels: Mango, Mango Kids, Mango Sports & Intimates and soon Mango Baby. 

Violeta by Mango, the plus size women's wear label, will be the only exception to the pattern. 

The new Mango Man name will be rolled out progressively in the 42 countries where the Spanish brand has a presence. Spain, France, Russia and Germany are among the markets with the highest number of Mango stores.
