Hublot is focusing on its affluent Middle-Eastern female customers, with its first advertising campaign created for and in the region.

The Swiss watch-maker owned by the LVMH group, well-known for its prestigious, top-of-the-range watches, announced in a press release that "it is the first luxury brand to have developed and launched a campaign for the Middle East and Africa which was entirely created and filmed in the region."

The manufacturer has even chosen a protagonist from the region for the specific campaign the Lebanese-Australian star Daniella Rahme, TV presenter and host of the X-Factor programme on Pan-Arab TV channel MBC.

The campaign's images highlight the luxury label's commitment to 'the art of fusion', blending innovation and tradition with a setting that alludes both to this region's typical landscapes (a fortress, an old house in a fishing village and a beach at sunset) and to the innovation embodied in the watches.

The press release stated that "We are going to feature more women's collections in 2016, while our campaign for the Middle East and Africa starring Daniella Rahme will attract female customers to our luxurious, sophisticated watches."
