JustFab rebrands corporate identity to TechStyle Fashion Group

JustFab Inc. announced on Tuesday its new corporate identity, TechStyle Fashion Group, which includes brands JustFab, Fabletics, ShoeDazzle and Fabkids.
TechStyle Fashion Group best captures and represents the company’s origins in technology and its evolution from a single e-commerce website to a global brand-building platform with more than 4 million VIP members. The corporate rebrand comes as TechStyle re-imagines its fashion business model through data, personalization and vertical integration.
“When Don Ressler and I co-founded JustFab, we set out to change the way people shop by delivering on-trend fashion at an incredible value. We’ve stayed true to that vision, but along the way the company has transformed into a powerful brand-building platform that is driven by data and personalization,” said Adam Goldenberg, Co-CEO, TechStyle. “Our new corporate identity captures the essence of what JustFab has become – where Fashion Avenue meets Silicon Valley – and we’re thrilled to enter this next phase with TechStyle as our name.”
Founded in 2010, TechStyle Fashion Group has quietly become one of the largest online retailers designing, manufacturing and distributing its own brands. The company is projected to surpass $650 million net cash revenue in 2016.
All TechStyle brands are available in the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands.
