Kat Von D to expand reach with new brand ambassadors

Kat Von D Beauty is expanding its reach, announcing on Friday that the brand will bring four top make-up artists on board to act as full-time global ambassadors for the brand. 


A beauty campaign by Kat Von D Beauty - Kat Von D



Kelseyanna Fitzpatrick, Tara Buenrostro, Steffanie Strazzere, and Leah Carmichael will become the Kat Von D Beauty Artistry Collective.

Kat Von D, founder of the eponymous beauty brand, told the press, “I discovered these gifted artists through their remarkable work on their personal Instagram accounts, and while each one of these ladies is brilliant in her own right, we are unstoppable together as the Artistry Collective. These ladies are true artists with big hearts and are so essential in spreading Kat Von D Beauty all over the world on a much more profound level. I hope that the unique content we create with the Artistry Collective will also be an inspiration to others.”  

These four artists will show off their work with the brand through press features, product development, photoshoots and editorial work, teaching global masters and 101 classes, running soon-to-be-announced programs for the brand, and creating visual content on Kat Von D Beauty’s social platforms.

In another effort to connect with fans of the brand, Kat Von D Beauty is launching its first YouTube channel.

Kat Von D Beauty is a 100% vegan cosmetics brand started in 2008 by reality-TV personality and tattoo artist Kat Von D. Despite being started by a reality TV star, the brand has taken off. Its long-lasting beauty products have been praised by beauty bloggers and make-up artists.
