Kith and Adidas to launch soccer gear collaboration

The New York City-based streetwear brand continues its slew of high-profile collaborations with an upcoming collection with Adidas. The collaboration will include professional-grade soccer gear for Kith-sponsored soccer clubs the Cobras and the Flamingos.

 
In addition to its professional-grade soccer kits, the collaboration will also include casual leisurewear. The non-professional pieces will include tracksuits, T-shirts and velour sweatsuits rendered in the Flamingos palette of soft pinks and grays. It will also include Adidas’ Ace 16+ Ultraboost shoe.
 
The professional gear will include a full line-up of athletic gear, including compression tops, goalie jerseys, footwear and both home and away kits. Items for the collection are embellished with both Kith and Adidas logos. Kith tapped Argentine soccer player Florencia Galarzas to model the new collection.

Uniforms for the Cobras team are rendered in black, yellow, white and red, and include the slogan “Strike First Strike Fast.” The Flamingos’ pastel-colored kit is embellished with “Solo Nosotros,” the Spanish translation of Kith’s “Just Us” slogan.
 
Earlier this year, Kith created a collection of luxury leisurewear for Bergdorf Goodman, its second collection for the New York department store. The streetwear brand also recently teamed up with Off-White on a capsule collection of hoodies and sweatshirts.
 
The Kith and Adidas soccer collaboration will be available starting June 2 at Kith’s standalone stores and online shop, as well as at its Bergdorf Goodman in-house store.
