Kohl's names Greg Revelle Chief Marketing Officer

Kohl’s on Monday announced the appointment of Greg Revelle as Chief Marketing Officer. He will report directly to Chief Merchandising and Customer Officer Michelle Gass.

The former Best Buy Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for Kohl’s marketing organization and overall marketing strategy, including the company’s focus on driving customer engagement through analytics, a loyalty program, enhanced customer traffic and brand positioning.
 
Revelle, who holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in Finance and Economics and a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School, previously oversaw Best Buy’s marketing, customer strategy, brand positioning and execution across all channels. He drove significant growth for the company’s loyalty program and led the efforts to redefine the company’s brand positioning and customer strategy, which included a shift to digital and personalized customer communications.

Prior to Best Buy, Revelle served as Chief Marketing Officer of AutoNation, VP of Worldwide Online Marketing at Expedia and an investment banker at Credit Suisse.
