The National Association for Female Executives has announced the top companies across the globe that support women at all levels of its structure. L’Oreal USA and P&G both made an appearance on the top 10 list of Best Companies for Executive Women.

33% of P&G’s corporate executives are women, compared to 41% of L'Oréal's corporate executives. 51% of L’Oréal USA employees in the top 10% of earners are women, while that percentage sits at 35% for P&G. Both companies train their managers in how to hire and aid women to progress, as well as create thorough senior succession plans based on gender equality.

Furthermore, P&G won top accolades, making NAFE’s Hall of Fame for remaining on the list for over 15 years. Target and Walmart both graced the top 60.

P&G has continuously made the list for a variety of reasons. NAFE cited the consumer goods giant’s adoption of family-friendly policies to increase executive retention, fully paid maternity and adoption leave, job guarantee after year-long maternity leave, and inclusive leadership programs as the main reasons for the top ten ranking.

L’Oréal earned its ranking through its extensive learning opportunities, including attendance of Harvard's executive leadership programs for VP-and-above level women as well as various other off-site development programs, and the opportunity for employees to earn MIT score master’s certificates in business excellence if they choose. L’Oréal USA also offers tuition aid, international placements, and female leadership-centric think tanks for employees. L’Oréal additionally has a number of female empowerment initiatives, such as the annual “Women of Worth” awards.
