Taryn Toomey, creator of the popular fitness regime The Class, has teamed up with the Vancouver-based retailer on a new collection and athletic wear in keeping with her ethereal, bohemian aesthetic.
The New York City-based fitness guru has developed a celebrity following for her workout program titled simply The Class, and now Toomey has extended her philosophy to apparel. The new Lululemon x The Class by Taryn Toomey collection features workout apparel such as leggings and tank tops rendered in soft pastel tones.
The limited edition collaboration is available at Lululemon stores and online shop. Prices for the collection range from $48 for the Awakening Tank, to $88 for the Heart Opener Knit wrap. In addition to apparel, the collection also includes a yoga mat in colors to match the clothing.
Toomey’s The Class is a mix of callisthenics and plyometrics, which is intended to provide a mind-opening and heart-awakening experience. To promote the Lululemon collaboration, Toomey is hosting a series of pop-up fitness classes across the United States, beginning with a Launch Party in New York City.
Lululemon is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The brand recently sued Under Armour for patent infringement of one of its sports bra designs.
