Maison de la Mutualité: the new venue for the next Capsule Men's

For its next men's and women's edition in January, Tranoï is taking over the Cité de la Mode in Paris, unfortunately edging out Capsule, the American trade event, as it does so. However, the change may just prove to be a beneficial one.

On the lookout for another landing site, Capsule has chosen the Maison de la Mutualité as the site of its next Capsule Men's. The famous historic venue will host the event from January 22-24, with more than 200 labels lined up to showcase their collections.

It is true that Maison de la Mutualité is not exactly synonymous with the fashion world, but it has a great location at the centre of Paris, in the French capital's 5th arondissement.

In France it has been historically called the 'Palais de la Mutualité' and known for being a rallying point for the French left-leaning political parties and was recently revamped by exhibitions specialist GL Events. Among other events, it hosts the Omnivore, a successful annual culinary festival.

For its smaller women's edition in March 2016, Capsule has opted for the Tapis Rouge in Rue du Faubourg Saint Martin.
