Maui and Sons follows Ocean Pacific and Gotcha as the next heritage surf brand revived for a new generation through Z Supply's Icons of Culture collection.

The capsule collection will be made under a one year licensing contract between Z Supply LLC and Maui and Sons brand owner Richard Harrington. It will include screen printed tees and sportswear for women.

Customers can expect the same iconic graphics, including the cookie logo and Sharkman graphic, that identified Maui and Sons in the 80s. Maui and Sons Brand Director Blake Harrington said the new Icons of Culture line is "based around the same concepts, prints and graphics" taken from the brand's archives.

Icons of Culture first launched with vintage revivals of Ocean Pacific and Gotcha that were exclusively sold in partnership with Urban Outfitters. The mission of the project is to "focus on reintroducing a new audience of consumers to iconic people, places, names, and products through never-before-seen, hard-to-find, and quintessentially classic imagery."

Unlike the previous launches for Gotcha and OP, the Maui and Sons launch will debut at specialty retailers across the country. Maui and Sons men's heritage products have been sold at specialty surf shops including Jack's Surf Shop, PacSun and Sun Diego. The Icons of Culture revival is currently women's specific.

The women's Summer 2018 collection will first debut at Surf Expo which kicks off in Orlando on September 7th. Price points range from $34 to $86.
