ModCloth appoints Phil Neri as Chief Financial Officer

ModCloth announced Friday the appointment of Phil Neri as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Neri joins the company after most recently serving as CFO of Serena & Lily.

 
The digital lifestyle brand’s new CFO possesses over two decades of financial and operational experience in the consumer, online and multichannel retail sector. Prior to Serena & Lily, Neri held the CFO role at Delivery Agent, Inc. and Gumps of San Francisco, as well as financial leadership positions at Restoration Hardware and Williams-Sonoma, Inc.
 
Susan Gregg Koger and Eric Koger founded ModCloth in a college dorm in 2002, and grew the company to over 350 employees across offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Pittsburgh. The company recently appointed Elizabeth Cooksey as VP of Stores and Retail Operations, Mary Alderete as Chief Marketing Officer and Lizz Wasserman as the company's first Fashion Director in order to expand its retail presence. 

ModCloth on April 8 launched the "ModCloth IRL (In Real Life) Tour", a series of five pop-up shop events taking place across the country this summer that began in Austin, Texas. The tour will end in ModCloth’s founding city of Pittsburgh in September 2016.
