Moncler opens first retail store in Washington, DC

Luxury outerwear brand Moncler has inaugurated its first boutique in Washington DC.

 
The store is located at the CityCenterDC, a much-heralded shopping destination located downtown and just five blocks northeast of the White House.
 
The 2185-square-feet store is one of the brand's largest retail locations in the United States and was designed by the architecture studio Gilles & Boissier.

 
The boutique was designed with chêne fumé wood paneling used for the walls and ceiling, modern glass and metal display casings and Carnico grey marble flooring.

The Moncler boutique houses Men's & Women's ready to wear and accessories collections, including its Moncler Grenoble line which features more technical, performance-focused silhouettes.
 
Moncler was founded in 1952.
