Children’s clothing brand Monica + Andy just announced a new collaboration with famed Chicago chef Stephanie Izard. It consists of a line of little goat printed wares (paying homage to Izard’s popular restaurant with the same namesake) for newborns up to twelve months.
The Monica + Andy x Stephanie Izard collaboration features a Little Goat (the logo for Izard's restaurant) print on an organic cotton short sleeve bodysuit ($26, newborn-12 months) with a matching top knot cap ($13, 0-6 months), and a Monica + Andy signature cotton Coming Home Blanket ($38 one size, 32" x 32") with the same signature print.
“While pregnant with Ernie, I found Monica + Andy and became a huge fan of the brand’s fit and fabrics,” said the Top Chef winner. “I always wanted to create a baby clothing line, and after meeting Monica and seeing what the team was doing at Monica + Andy, it seemed like a perfect partnership with another like-minded Chicago female entrepreneur.”
Monica + Andy launched in 2014 as a digitally native brand with a focus on organic fabric and experiential retail. Best known for its baby clothing subscription offering, the Cuddle Box, its products are stocked at Nordstrom and at its three monobrand boutiques in Chicago and New York.
The Stephanie Izard collection will be available online on the Monica + Andy website as well as in Izard’s Little Goat restaurant the first week of October.
