Mulberry's Charlotte O’Sullivan adds marketing to digital role

UK luxury label Mulberry has named Charlotte O’Sullivan its Marketing and Digital Director, with immediate effect.

O’Sullivan’s is an internal appointment with the executive having previously been the brand’s Digital Director. The company said she has been “instrumental in building the digital business which represents around 14% of group sales.”

With some luxury brands lagging in e-commerce, the company has clearly been impressed with her work and has created the new role that will add even more of a challenge to her day job.

It said that in the newly formed role, she will be responsible for “driving an integrated, customer-centric marketing strategy to support Mulberry’s growing UK and international omnichannel business.”

CEO Thierry Andretta highlighted her “innovative, customer-focused approach [that] will be invaluable as we continue the international development of our omnichannel business model.”
