Sony Pictures Consumer Marketing and rapper Nas have partnered on a limited-edition collection inspired by the Ghostbusters movie franchise to coincide with the upcoming movie remake releasing in July.

The Nas x Ghostbusters collection consists of several brand partnerships, including New Era for caps, Fila for footwear, Italia Independent for eyewear, Monster for headphones, Tokyobike for bicycles and Nas’ Hstry brand for streetwear. Each piece features a reference to Nas and the popular 1980s movie franchise.

"The Nas x Ghostbusters collection takes our Ghostbusters collaborations to the next level," said Mark Caplan, Senior Vice President, Global Consumer Products for Sony Pictures Entertainment. "There's no bigger Ghostbusters fan than Nas – he grew up with the franchise – and, along with these iconic partners, has done a great job interpreting the characters and movies into these amazing, fashion-forward products.  The collaboration was not only a natural fit between these brands, but an opportunity to add a modern, high-end twist to Ghostbusters."

Queens, NY native Nas first launched Hstry in 2013 via collaboration with Grungy Gentleman. The brand re-emerged in 2014 with a 25-piece collection that reflects Nas’ personal journey and motivation.

The collaboration collection will be available at Ron Herman and Colette on May 14 and May 17, respectively, and each brand involved in the collaboration will offer their limited-edition pieces on their respective websites.
