The Italian luxury lingerie label unveiled a sophisticated "peek-a-boo" collection in the intimate salon setting of Paris's Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild. The show was attended by former French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld and featured a guest runway appearance from 44-year-old supermodel Naomi Campbell.

For Spring, La Perla Atelier -- led by Creative Director Emiliano Rinaldi -- channeled sexy, sporty silhouettes for the athletic woman who likes to dress and undress to impress.

A multitude of layered total couture looks including bras, bustiers and bodysuits, lace "second skin" zippered baseball jerseys, shorts, satin hoodies and flowing sheer skirts featuring ribbed silk and tulle, illustrated La Perla Atelier's "inside out" take on underwear that both conceals and reveals the body to perfection.

As seen on the Haute Couture catwalks at Versace, Yiqing Yin and Giambattista Valli, black is central to this collection, which also featured dashes of sky blue, coral, hazel and nude.

The collection was resplendent with the label's iconic trademark feathers, crystals, metallic elements and pure gold thread, while silk and floral motifs embroidered using the "frastaglio" technique added to the high-end feel.

Style statement bra and suspender straps encrusted with diamonds or rubies added precious finishing touces to bodysuits, girdles and shorts.
