Paul Stuart names Paulette Garafalo as President and CEO

Paul Stuart announced on Tuesday the appointment of Paulette Garafalo to President and Chief Executive Officer of the upscale men's & women's retailer, effective June 14.

Garafalo heads to Paul Stuart from Brooks Brothers where she most recently served as President, International, Wholesale and Manufacturing. She also served as CEO of The Americas at Bally and CEO and Group President of Hickey Freeman at Hartmarx Luxury Group.
 
Garafalo will succeed current President and CEO Michael Ostrove who is retiring from the company. Ostrove was named President and CEO of Paul Stuart in 2009, and he played a major role in the sale of the company to Misui & Co., Ltd. in 2012.
