Rachel Zoe designs exclusive charity backpack for eBay

Rachel Zoe is eBay's newest designer partner, creating an exclusive "Americana" themed backpack for sale in time for back to school with 100% of proceeds going to charity.

Customers are given the opportunity to vote on prints designed by Zoe as part of eBay's "Summer of Choice" campaign with the winning print available exclusively online.

“We know that our shoppers want choice – including access to the newest looks from today’s hottest designers,” said Hal Lawton, SVP of eBay North America.

Rachel Zoe said, “One of the best parts of my job is empowering people to make choices that reflect their personal style. This is why I was so excited to design two exclusive prints for eBay’s Summer of Choice campaign, which gives shoppers the chance to vote for their favorite."

The Rachel Zoe limited edition backpacks will launch online on September 9, with all proceeds going to Save the Children which Zoe specifically picked through the eBay for Charity program.

Zoe continued, “I am equally thrilled that with this initiative we are able to give back to children in need—with each backpack purchased, 100% of the proceeds will support Save the Children, a cause that is very close to my heart.”

The backpacks will retail for $45 each.
