The fashion director of high-end bridal boutique Kleinfeld Bridal Salon rose to fame on TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress, but now brides will be able to say yes to some of his dresses. Randy Fenoli returned to fashion design with a 25-piece namesake collection at Bridal Fashion Week.
Though most widely known for his TV work, Fenoli has been designing clothing for decades and holds a degree from New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Kleinfeld, he designed wedding gowns for Paul Diamond. His debut bridal collection features 25 gowns with intricate beading and lace details, and includes a few shorter dresses and gowns in colors other than white.
Fenoli’s collection emphasizes the need to include sizes for all shoppers. His line will include dresses ranging from size 00 to size 28. “My deep connection to brides inspired each piece,” Fenoli said.
Since 2007, he has appeared on Say Yes to the Dress, but the designer and TV personality has also starred in his own TLC shows, Randy’s Wedding Rescue and Say Yes to the Dress: Randy Knows Best. Fenoli was also a female impersonator for years and won the Miss Gay America pageant in 1990.
The Randy Fenoli Bridal collection will be sold at wedding gown boutiques across the country. Though he’s known for curating the high-end gowns at Kleinfeld, dresses from his line will be accessible to the average bride, with pieces ranging from $1,500 to $3,000.
