Sally Hansen and Crayola collaborate on new collection

The nail polish brand has created a collection based on 12 classic Crayola colors. Crayola has previously partnered with Clinique on a collection of lip colors based on its crayons.
 

The new colors of Sally Hansen’s quick-drying nail polish formula will launch in July and retail for $5 each. The shades are based on classic Crayola colors like Razzmatazz, Wild Strawberry, Sunset Orange, Carnation Pink, Purple Heart, Granny Smith Apple, and Dandelion, which was discontinued from Crayola’s lineup earlier this year. The shades will also feature a new bottle design based on the crayon brand’s classic squiggle. The new lineup utilizes Sally Hansen’s Insta-Dri 3-in-1 formula, which claims to dry in 60 seconds and doesn’t need a base or a top coat.
 
Crayola partnered with Clinique earlier this year to create a limited edition collection of the brand’s Chubby Sticks. As with the Sally Hansen launch, the Clinique lip colors were based on existing Crayola colors and modeled to look like the Crayons.

Crayola has also released its own nail polishes in the past, though the polishes were sold at Walmart and targeted primarily at children.
 
The Sally Hansen brand is owned by Coty, Inc., and sold in stores such as Ulta and Walmart.
