Jamaican jewelry designer Ninja Star collaborated with the London-born and New York-raised stylist Savannah Baker on a new collection called Pum Pum Roxx. Baker hopes the collection will bring a global spotlight to Star, who has created jewelry for the likes of Grace Jones.

Baker has worked with the spotlight-adverse designer for 10 years, collecting and distributing many of his pieces. Based in Port Antonio, Jamaica, Ninja Star is well-known among locals for his handmade jewelry, but remains unknown outside the island. Despite living off the grid in the hills of Jamaica and relying solely on word of mouth for advertising, Star counts music icons like Snoop Dogg and Grace Jones among his fans.

Baker, a stylist and photographer and designer for Pum Pum socks, hopes to bring the self-taught jewelry designer designer to the world stage with their new Pum Pum Roxx collaboration. The pieces from the collaboration are available on Baker’s Pum Pum Gyals online shop, and includes oversized necklaces, rings, bracelets and more, made with materials like wood, crystals and leather.

Prices for the limited edition collection start at 13 pounds for a wooden bangle, and go up to 550 pounds for a horn and crystal necklace.
