The new store will be located at 416 Columbus Avenue on the southwest corner of 80th Street in Manhattan, and it will join current tenants Alexis Bittar, Bocnyc, Pure Barre and Bit’z Kids from Japan.

Scotch & Soda is currently expanding in New York City under US CEO Ari Hoffman, who served as US CEO of Gant and President and CEO of Benetton before taking the reins at Scotch & Soda. The Amsterdam-based brand currently has three stores in New York City at Union Square, Nolita, the West Village and Brooklyn in Williamsburg. In April, the brand signed a lease to open a new store in the Seaport District.

Sun Capital Partners acquired Scotch & Soda in 2011 and added the brand to its portfolio, which includes Rebecca Taylor, Baby Phat and Phat Farm among other brands.

Scotch & Soda currently operates 200 stores worldwide.
