Seiko America appoints Brice Le Troadec, John Pistner to exec roles

Seiko Corporation of America on Friday announced the appointment of Brice Le Troadec to Executive Vice President, SCA, and Brand President, Grand Seiko America, and the appointment of John Pistner as Senior Vice President, Sales, SCA.

  
Le Troadec joins Seiko from Omega where he spent over 15 years and served as Head of Retail in the US, Brand President in the US and most recently Special Delegate to the CEO-President. He began his tenure at Seiko on May 1, 2017.
 
At Seiko, Le Troadec will lead Grand Seiko in the US and other high-end collections such as Credor and Galante, and he will optimize the distribution of Seiko’s core lines, including Coutura, Tressia, Prospex, Presage, and Pulsar.

Pistner, whose appointment was effective on April 1, previously served as Executive Vice President of Bulova Watch Company and as an independent consultant to watch, jewelry and retail businesses with GP Consulting Group. He also served as President of Americas at Gucci from 2004 to 2008 and President of Movado Watch for close to 20 years.
 
In addition, Martin Gormley, the EVP, Sales & Marketing, will take on a consulting role at the company.
