Simon retains Shift to handle West Coast PR

Shift Communications has been retained by Simon to handle all West Coast PR, event management, media relations and crisis communications for its West Coast Premium Outlet properties.

"We look forward to working closely with the many properties along the West Coast as well as a wide range of global and national retail brands to deliver stellar results."

Shift specifically will handle Simon's properties in California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon and Hawaii. It will immediately manage the Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas: Future Now tour that Simon is co-sponsoring, as well as handle seasonal activations and marketing campaigns.

"Simon recently went through a brand revitalization and we were searching for an agency partner with retail experience and award-winning media chops to build awareness around our properties and the quality retailers we work with," said Kristen Yen, Regional VP of Marketing, Simon.

The Simon properties included in this new agreement include the major Outlets up and down the west coast including Camarillo, Carlsbad, Desert Hills, Gilroy, Las Vegas, Napa, North Bend, Vacaville and Woodburn.
