Dezso by Sara Beltran is the latest CFDA Fashion Incubator graduate to open a pop up shop.
The jewelry brand opened a weekend pop up shop at the Target Gallery on 511 West 25th Street in New York City. The pop up, which is open on Friday and Saturday, houses Beltran’s jewelry collection, as well as her furniture, art and custom pieces.
Sara Beltran founded Dezso in 2006 after working as a fashion stylist. The El Paso native made jewelry for herself before creating her own line, and she splits her time in New York City, Mexico and Jaipur, India drawing inspiration from each destination, special moments in her life and the ocean, which she has been fascinated with since she was a child.
Beltran was part of the CFDA Fashion Incubator 3.0 program for Dezso in 2014 alongside A Peace Treaty, Isa Tapia, Kaelen, Kara, Katie Ermilio, Lucio Castro, Nomia, Nonoo, and Orley.
Target partnered with the CFDA for many projects and initiatives including the CFDA Incubator Program, and in 2015, the two companies held an accessories showcase for brands Gemma Redux, Grey Ant, and Isa Tapia among others.
