Canadian business incubator The Joe Fresh Centre for Fashion Innovation announced on Monday the second class of Joe Fresh Innovators to join the centre.
The second class is made-up of three Canadian fashion startups: Mammoth Outerwear a premium lifestyle brand of outerwear; Daniel Christian Tang a 3D printed jewelry line; and Ms. Dress Up Inc. a womenswear line founded, by Natalie Catania.
"The second wave of innovators truly showcase the diversity of the fashion industry," says Robert Ott, Executive Director of The Joe Fresh Centre for Fashion Innovation, in a news statement. "They represent some of Canada's most promising innovators and entrepreneurs."
These new Joe Fresh Innovators will receive access to start up funding of up to $50,000, a dedicated working area, mentorship and networking opportunities with Joe Fresh and Ryerson leadership teams and more.
The Joe Fresh Centre is modeled after Ryerson University's DMZ, Canada's top-ranked university incubator. It is located in Toronto, Canada.
