Topshop opens new corners in Galeries Lafayette

The British ready-to-wear retailer Topshop, which already has a corner at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann as well as at BHV Marais, has announced the opening of corners in Galeries Lafayette in Toulouse (900 ft2) Strasbourg (1,070 ft2) and Nice’s Cap 3000 (1,610 ft2) during the second half of November.

Topshop’s lines will additionally become available as of December 1 on the department store’s e-commerce site.

The expansion is part of the brand’s larger development policy with more than 80 openings in more than 13 countries in 2013, including in Australia, Brazil and Hong Kong, besides more than 15 new stores openings over the last 6 months in eight countries, including in Russia, Turkey and Vietnam. 

Topshop now has more than 319 stores in England, and more than 137 franchises in 40 countries. 

Its e-commerce site receives an average of more than 4.5 million visitors per week, with more than 400 new products arriving every week and available in 110 countries. 

The company is present through Topshop stores in the UK, USA, Germany, France and as well as in four key Asian markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
