Japanese brand Uniqlo is gearing up to open a special pop-up exhibit in Toronto next month to celebrate its 2018 Spring/Summer UT Collection.

Uniqlo to host pop-up exhibit in Toronto - Uniqlo

The UT (Uniqlo t-shirt) collection, launched under the theme “wear your world”, consists of t-shirts featuring carefully selected authentic pop-culture graphics from around the world. The collection rollout began in late January and will continue through June this year at Uniqlo stores.

Graphics include designs from Japan’s best-selling and one of its longest-running manga magazines, world-famous examples of Japanese pop-culture, as well as items from Uniqlo’s collaboration with Disney Consumer Products such as its Mickey Art, Lego, and My Little Pony collection, and more.

At the Toronto pop-up, dubbed 'Wear your World UT Exhibit', almost one thousand graphic tees from the 2018 UT collection will be on display.

The pop-up will be open to the public Wednesday, May 2 to Friday, May 4, from noon to 7 p.m., and Saturday, May 5 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The pop-up will be held at 202 Queen Street West.
