The 25,000-square-foot, two-floor store will carry the brand’s LifeWear clothing in addition to its core product offering, including Heattech, Airism, Ultra Light Down, Supima Cotton, Premium Linen Denim and Disney-inspired products. The Lake Buena Vista store will also incorporate the brand’s Japanese heritage through visuals, displays and in-store events.

"We are very excited to introduce our UNIQLO products, customer service and shopping experience to Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort," said Hiroshi Taki, CEO of UNIQLO USA. "We are proud of our collaboration with Disney Consumer Products, and we look forward to offering our unique retail concept and products to vacationers and locals alike at Disney Springs. We hope to make every day at our store feel like opening day for our customers."

Uniqlo and Disney have been in partnership for several months that has resulted in numerous collaborations. In 2015, the Japanese brand and Disney launched the Mickey Plays UTs line that featured Mickey Mouse on t-shirts as a professional golfer and tennis player.

Also in 2015, Uniqlo announced Magic For All, a global initiative with Disney Consumer Products that includes characters from Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars, and in the following month, the retailer opened its first Magic For All store at its Shanghai flagship.

Uniqlo Disney Springs will open on July 15. The new store will join 43 additional Uniqlo locations in the US.
