VK Nagrani opens flagship in New York City

Menswear brand VK Nagrani recently opened its first-ever US flagship store in New York City on 87A East Houston Street.

 
John Kole of Hecho, Inc designed the 3,000-square-foot, two-level store that features several unique characteristics and designs not typically found in clothing stores such as a working slot machine, a changing station and a putting green in the courtyard.
 
Visitors will be charmed by the US flagship store’s vintage furniture like an 1875 piano by Chickering, 1970’s bar stools, a 1940’s wood conference table and Scandinavian sofas and chairs from the 1960’s, which were all purchased at auction. The store also features vintage lockers for cell phones storage.

The East Houston store houses the brand’s menswear, including custom denim and a sock alley, footwear, fragrance and one-of-a-kind accessories such as vintage watches and upscale grooming accessories.
 
Founded by Vivek Nagrani in 1999, VK Nagrani offers loungewear, innerwear and hosiery for men, as well as scarves, pocket squares, skin care kits, dolls and fragrance. The US flagship is a follow up to the brand’s VK Nagrani Lodge that opened in New York City’s Upper East Side in 2015.
